I have been serving as a consultant neurosurgeon in Gokul Super-speciality hospital for almost last 1.5 years. The patient base in Gokul Super-speciality hospital in Rajkot is from the entire Saurashtra region of Gujarat and hence makes for a rich and diverse experience in terms of variety of cases. The kind of surgeries I did here include : Cranial and Spinal Trauma cases, Brain and Spinal Cord Tumour cases, Cerebrovascular Stroke cases, Shunt surgeries for Hydrocephalus, Microvascular Dissection for Trigeminal Neuralgia
I had served as a resident doctor in neurosurgery department in V.S. General Hospital, Ahmedabad. The patient base in V.S. General Hospital is from the entire Gujarat and certain parts of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The kind of surgeries I did here include : Cranial and Spinal Trauma cases, Brain and Spinal Cord Tumour cases, Cerebrovascular Stroke cases, Spontaneous Intracranial Hemorrhages, Shunt surgeries for Hydrocephalus, Micro-vascular Dissection for TrigeminalNeuralgia and Hemifacial Spasms.
